The air we breathe

If the pandemic has taught me anything, it’s reinforced how interdependent we all are, especially when it comes to air quality and cleanliness. That’s why we’ve paid extra special attention to the air quality in the new cafe. Just as we’ve done with our existing location, we’ve upgraded the HVAC to included indoor/outdoor air flow, MERV-18 filters, and two, medical grade UVC lights. One in the front of the cafe and one in the back. In addition, we’ve replaced the storefront so that we can have a retractable window to maximize indoor/outdoor airflow when weather permits. In addition, we’ve partnered with Fresh Air Experts to include air and surface, food safe, sanitizing processes.

We know we can’t eliminate all the risks, that’s up to all of us. But, we can take these extraordinary measures to keep ourselves, and you safe.
