KEEPING OUR COMMUNITY SAFE, PREPARING FOR FURTHER DISRUPTIONS CAUSED BY COVID DELTA VARIANT
Here we are again, reaching out in an uncertain time. We are concerned the Delta variant of Covid on all of us. The WHO is recommended we go back to masking inside. We at necessary & sufficient coffee continue feel it’s important to be responsible community partners by being transparent and proactive about our response plan, as outlined below.
In light of the most recent news on the Delta variant, we have revised our safety plan for the benefit of our team and our community. We have read news reports about the outdoor spread and reduced vaccine efficacy of this variant that has quickly become the dominant variant in several states.
If you have questions or suggestions that may help us continue to partner effectively with our community please let us know. You can email us through our comments page
Phase 1
• We’re putting our masks back on inside the café.
• Continue to ventilate and use our UVC light
• Continue allowing only vaccinated & masked employees and vendors inside the cafe
• We will communicate via social media to share our plan and link back to this detailed post
Phase 2
• All of the phase 1 practices will continue and we will add the following practices
• Sign in the window of the cafe stating our Phased plan to protect our customers and ourselves
• Keep the screen covered and down except when we complete orders
• Encourage orders through our Joe Coffee App. To download the app text ‘coffee’ to 474747
